May’s Limousine Service LLC provides chauffeured ground transportation and related services, including airport transportation, point-to-point transportation, hourly/charter transportation, corporate transportation, special-event transportation, and other transportation services.

All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and confirmation by May’s Limousine Service LLC.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

2. Quotes and Reservations

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request, including service type, pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, requested vehicle, trip duration, stops, passenger requirements, and other applicable information.

Prices may change if the trip details change.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after May’s Limousine Service LLC accepts the reservation and any required payment or payment authorization has been successfully completed.

3. Payments

Customers may be required to provide a valid payment method to secure a reservation.

Depending on the reservation, May’s Limousine Service LLC may authorize a customer’s payment method before confirming or providing transportation services.

Additional charges may apply for requested or incurred services such as additional stops, additional time, waiting time, tolls, parking, cleaning, damage, special requests, or other applicable charges.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification requirements may vary depending on the type of service, vehicle, event, and reservation.

Customers should contact May’s Limousine Service LLC as soon as possible when a reservation needs to be changed or canceled.

Certain reservations, deposits, or payments may be non-refundable depending on the applicable booking terms.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program

May’s Limousine Service LLC operates an optional SMS/text messaging program for customers who provide their mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages.

The SMS program may be used for customer care and transportation-related communications, including:
