How It Work?

Follow these four simple steps to install our Passenger Web App on your mobile device.

Scan QR Code

Scan QR with your mobile device to access our PWA.

Create an Account or Login

New customers should click 'Sign Up' to create an account, while existing customers can log in using their credentials.

Install PWA to Your Home Screen

After logging in, add the PWA to your mobile device's home screen. This can be accomplished on both iOS and Android devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

  2. Once the PWA loads you will either get a pop-up that prompts you to “Add to Home Screen” or you can go into the PWA menu and “Install App to Your Home Screen”

There are 2 ways you can register and create an account in our PWA

  1. Create an Account in the Menu
    1. Click on Menu button
    2. Click Sign In
    3. Click Sign Up
    4. Enter in Full Name
    5. Enter in Email Address
    6. Enter in Password
    7. Click Sign Up
      Note: Your Account credentials will be the email address and password you just entered
  2. Create an Account on the Checkout page
    1. Go through Steps to Book a Ride on PWA (see above)
    2. On the Checkout page, you can enter in a Password along with your details to create an account

There are 2 ways you can sign-in on our PWA

  1. Sign-in in the Menu
    1. Click on Menu button
    2. Click Sign In
    3. Enter in Email Address
    4. Enter in Password (Click “Forgot Password” if you need to reset your password)
    5. Click Sign In
  2. Sign-In on the Checkout page
    1. Go through Steps to Book a Ride on PWA (see above)
    2. On the Checkout page, click “Sign In”
    3. Enter in Email Address
    4. Enter in Password (Click “Forgot Password” if you need to reset your password)
    5. Click Sign In

Booking for Yourself

  1. Enter in Pickup Location
  2. (Optional) Click the + button to add any Stops in between the Pickup and Drop-off
  3. Enter in your Drop-off Location and/or Select Hourly and the # of hours
  4. Click “Confirm Your Route”
  5. If entered in an Airport as the Pickup location (if not proceed to Step 6)
    1. If you have your flight information (if not proceed to Step 5b)
      1. Select your Pickup Date
      2. Enter in your flight information (Airline Code and Flight #)
      3. Select where you would like your chauffeur to meet you
      4. Select when you would like your chauffeur to meet you based on your flight (Proceed to Step 7)
    2. If you do not have your flight information
      1. Click Skip (Proceed to Step 6)
  6. Select Your Pickup Date and Time
    1. If entered in Airport as Drop-off location (if not proceed to Step 7)
      1. If you have your flight information (if not proceed to Step 6aii)
        1. Enter in your flight information (Airline Code and Flight #)
      2. If you do not have your flight information
        1. Click Skip (Proceed to Step 7)
  7. Select the vehicle you need for your ride
    1. (Optional) If you need to add Passengers, Luggage, or Child Seats click on the Passenger, Luggage, and Child Seats selection above the Vehicles
  8. Enter in your Contact Information (Name, Email Address, and Phone #)
  9. (Optional) Enter in a Password if you want to create an Account
  10. Enter in your Payment Details
  11. (Optional) Enter in any Notes for the chauffeur
  12. Click “Book This Trip”
  13. You will receive the success screen with your Confirmation #
  1. Enter in the Pickup Location
  2. (Optional) Click the + button to add any Stops in between the Pickup and Drop-off
  3. Enter in the Drop-off Location and/or Select Hourly and the # of hours
  4. Click “Confirm Your Route”
  5. If entered in an Airport as the Pickup location (if not proceed to Step 6)
    1. If you have the flight information (if not proceed to Step 5b)
      1. Select the Pickup Date
      2. Enter in the flight information (Airline Code and Flight #)
      3. Select where you would like the chauffeur to meet the passenger
      4. Select when you would like the chauffeur to meet the passenger based on your flight (Proceed to Step 7)
    2. If you do not have the flight information
      1. Click Skip (Proceed to Step 6)
  6. Select Your Pickup Date and Time
    1. If entered in Airport as Drop-off location (if not proceed to Step 7)
      1. If you have the flight information (if not proceed to Step 6aii)
        1. Enter in the flight information (Airline Code and Flight #)
      2. If you do not have the flight information
        1. Click Skip (Proceed to Step 7)
  7. Select the vehicle needed for the ride
    1. (Optional) If you need to add Passengers, Luggage, or Child Seats click on the Passenger, Luggage, and Child Seats selection above the Vehicles
  8. Enter in the Passenger’s Contact Information (Name, Email Address, and Phone #)
  9. Enter in the Payment Details
  10. (Optional) Enter in any Notes for the chauffeur
  11. Click “Book This Trip”
  12. You will receive the success screen with the Confirmation #
